HITBIRD is the world’s first high-performance UAS platform designed for fully scalable series production with minimal system and operating costs. Thanks to established industrial manufacturing technology, up to 100 HB/day can be produced. The flying wing design, made of high-quality aircraft aluminium, combines high payloads, long ranges and robust resilience under demanding operating conditions.
The platform eliminates the classic choice between ‘expendable & exquisite’ and ‘destructible & cheap’ aircraft: HITBIRD offers both in one system – high effectiveness combined with low life-cycle costs. Thanks to its modular architecture, interchangeable structural components and easy repair (‘replaceable skin & frame’), HITBIRD is ideal for military and government users with high volumes and dynamic innovation dynamics.
All HITBIRD variants can be guided by a proprietary AI-powered mission and flight control system that supports visual navigation, automatic object detection, tracking and target assignment. Encrypted data links, GNSS-independent navigation options and swarm capability enable deployment in complex, highly contested airspace.
HITBIRD is designed for a wide range of mission profiles, from ISTAR and reconnaissance tasks to reusable or disposable strike missions to swarm and saturation attacks. Internal and external payload stations, including wing hardpoints, allow the integration of a wide variety of sensors and effectors for air-to-ground, air-to-air or specialised loitering munition missions.
Missions & Payloads
Hitbird is configurable for a wide range of single-use (loitering monition) or retrieval missions (ISTAR, Re-Usable/Re-Loadable Strike, etc.). Can be used for high-end swarm and saturation attack applications.
Various options for flight/mission control solutions, communications and payloads available or integrable/customizable. Hitbird offers internal and external payload options, including wing hardpoints.
